Hailing from Lawrence, Massachusetts, Daniel Carillo has been skulking throughout the hip-hop underground for nearly 10 years, best known by the moniker Termanology. Informed by Puerto Rican lineage, "Term" has worked alongside some of the biggest names in hip-hop, including DJ Premier, Pete Rock, Oh No, Large Professor, and numerous others. His mixtape series Hood Politics has been widely acclaimed among hip-hop heads, and have featured highly regarded lyricists like Guru and Royce da 5'9", and has produced celebrated collaborations with Lil Fame (Fizzyology), DC The Midi Alien (Out The Gate), and fellow Lawrence native Statik Selektah. (1982 & 2012)
2013 now sees the release of G.O.Y.A. (Gunz Or Yay Available) on Brick Records. Termanology's signature style of grimy, and traditionally raw street rhymes, compounded with Latin influences (And production by up-and-comer Shortfyuz) feature heavily on G.O.Y.A., and remain strong as ever nearly 10 years into his career. Heavy-hitting guest appearances by underground heroes of hip-hop like Action Bronson, N.O.R.E., Inspectah Deck, Reks, DJ Kay Slay and more further compliment Term's flow.
As an exclusive special bonus, the compact disc version of G.O.Y.A. comes in a limited "Coca-Case" package, featuring a foil mirror cover, embossed with the album title, and comes bundled with a 3.5" Termanology "Snuff Straw" enclosed in the jewel case's spine. This deluxe CD package G.O.YA. (Gunz Or Yay Available) is now shipping from Traffic Entertainment.
